Deployment

Update: July 28th, 2008

Deployment is simple.

  1. Download the current release
  2. Unzip it
  3. Upload the two files (.js and .gif) to the root masterpage library (http://yourSharePointSite/_catalogs/masterpage)
  4. Edit the masterpage in the (sub)site and add just below the </body> the following <script type=”text/javascript” src=”/_catalogs/masterpage/erte.js”></script>

The fastest way is to use the SharePoint Designer. Below is the universal method of deploying (even if you don’t have a SharePoint Designer).
